Hi everyone!
As you can see we have some new features on the blog! You can now subscribe to the blog with your email, and/or subscribe using the RSS feed! So make sure you do that! ;) We also have a short feedback form for you to fill out.
Well.. we have 3 days left of challenges…..
Today's Challenge is:
Pack your lunch in reusable containers
I know, it's super easy to just throw your lunch in some ziplock bags. You don't have to worry about finding a container that fits, and then trying to fit all those containers in your lunch box. It's can be a pain, you know it, I know it.
As I was resurching for this post, I kept running into the same things we have already said! Yesterday and Tuesday where both about cutting back on plastic bags and packagings. (If you haven't noticed yet, this is a really big environmental issue.) So I'm not going to give you all the stats again, but you can look at them here:

Packing a waste free lunch is not only more sustainable and better for the environment, it also saves you money because you don't have to keep buying plastic bags and other disposable containers. Waste free lunches tend to be better for you as well! because you aren't buying prepackaged foods for your lunch, you will pack less junk food! You will also use up all your leftovers. :)
