We are halfway through our last week of challenges. :)
Today’s challenge is:
Use Cloth Bags At The Grocery Store
Approximately 380 billion plastic bags are used in the United States every year. That’s more than 1,200 bags per US resident, per year.
By using cloth and reusable bags at the store, you are reducing that amount by a ton.
Some are made of recycled, composted and/or organic materials.
My family uses bags like this: http://www.shop.lilliesgoods.com/BYO-Bags-1662.htm
This: http://www.shop.lilliesgoods.com/ChicoBag-Produce-Bags-Mesh-18532.htm
Or this: http://www.shop.lilliesgoods.com/ChicoBag-Original-Buttercup-18510.htm
You can buy these at many of your local stores.
